Care Package Packing get together

USNA Parents!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 16^th at 10 am for coffee and pastries + a Mids Care Package packing get together.  Our wonderful 2023 parents, the McQuaid's, have graciously offered to host all parents who would like to help assemble 60+ care packages for ALL of the Arizona Mids.  

Whether you can be there or not, we need your help with contributing non-perishables/individual sized snacks and treats to add to each box!  The Club supplies the boxes and covers the shipping costs, but we rely on parents to bring the yummy contents.  Try to think a little more on the unique side so we do not send things that are already available to the Mids on the yard.  I wanted to give you plenty of notice on this in case you want to get creative or have time to order something interesting from online. 

Our website provides an option to donate money towards the care packages if you are not in the Phoenix area and unable to attend or drop off snacks, we can use the contributions to go buy them on your behalf (click “Donate” and the drop-down menu has “Care Packages”).  Those who attend are welcome to add a note or a little something special to your Mid’s box if you want. 

The McQuaid's live near Ahwatukee area and we will send their address by email as it gets closer.  It would help Anne to have an idea of how many people to expect so please either register on the website or email me at JSButler@cox.net; you can also email me if you have any questions about this event.
